Quick, efficient, equal opportunity skin care has begun its reign. Face Haus, the fast casual salon that began in Studio City in 2013, brought a logical concept to an industry in need of refreshing. With its tagline Facials for the People, Face Haus stands to serve the underserved in skin care.

Just the phrase, “getting a facial,” calls to mind a certain demographic: grown women with time and money to spare. But skin knows no gender, age, or class- we’re all covered in it, and most of us have an issue or two with ours. Face Haus took a simple, yet untapped approach to spa problem solving. What if you don’t have all day to lounge in a spa? What if you don’t have over a hundred dollars to blow on one round of skin maintenance? What if the whole spa experience really intimidates you?

Enter a modern, open floor plan that forgoes the private rooms, the robes, the frills, all the things that drive up costs and distract from the real reason for your visit: your skin.

In about a half an hour, and starting at just $45, Face Haus will have you guiltlessly glowing. This fast, affordable, no-nonsense approach has been particularly attractive to men- in fact, men make up 30% of the clientele at Face Haus. Teens have also been a receptive audience. After all, who has more troublesome skin and less pocket money than teenagers? Face Haus is committed to the idea that no one should feel excluded by skin care elitism.

Within under a year of opening their doors in Studio City, the women of  Face Haus found themselves opening up a second location in West Hollywood to meet the demand. Co-founder/owner Jenn Worley, one of Steve Clark’s longtime friends and clients, says Face Haus will continue to grow with their clients.

Face Haus offers online appointment booking and also accepts walk-in clients; it’s a good idea to call ahead for availability. They also host many private parties, from birthdays to baby showers to bachelor parties–and no, that isn’t a typo.
