The Clarkliving Team

"[Work] must be conceived with fire in the soul but executed with clinical coolness."

A lot of Angelenos have more than one job and more than one passion. As one of LA’s leading real estate teams, Clarkliving is no different in that respect. Each member of our team has other pursuits about which they’re equally passionate; whether it’s playing the drums, painting, boxing, surfing, golfing, philanthropy, design, or fronting a band, we’ve all made it a point to create balanced, driven lives. Why does it matter what your realtor does outside of the office? How does that even affect you? It affects you more than you may realize.

In a stressful business, it’s crucial to keep all parties relaxed, informed, and confident. Calm, happy, confident realtors put less pressure on their clients, so having an agent who isn’t putting all of their eggs in your basket makes the business of buying and selling property surprisingly light.

For Clarkliving, real estate is a lot more than contracts and transactions. Our job is to build a world to which you want to belong. We’ve created an aesthetic and a process that combats the normal real estate road blocks we’ve all seen parodied: the cheese factor here is at an all time low, and the whole team is present for each client to make sure everyone is happy. Our team varies enough that there’s someone here for every type of client—which means there’s no urge for any of the Clarkliving agents to be less-than-genuine. We’re there to be honest with you, even when it may not be the news you want to hear, because ultimately transparency is key to your satisfaction. The goal here is all about minimizing stress and keeping you as happy as possible.

From before you even seek out a lender or figure out when you should put your house on the market, we’ve got you covered. If you let us, Clarkliving will seamlessly guide you through the behind-the-scenes parts of the process all the way through to decorating your new home and finding your soon-to-be-favorite small businesses in your new neighborhood.
