I had the honor of being featured in the January edition of Los Angeles Confidential. The author and I talked about how my current business is entwined with my previous career as a drummer. And, how the music industry influences real estate. Combining my passions is very rewarding. I have had an amazing opportunity helping my fellow musicians find homes that suit not only their living needs, but also their work needs as well. Looking at a property through musician’s eyes is crucial when trying to find a home that will have ample space for a studio. We’ve converted garages, built out basements and dropped an additional dwelling onto a property. Will the client be rehearsing a live band, recording drums, mixing, or a combination?
