Spencer Bezaire, a California native, studied at Le Cordon Bleu and eventually ended up as the executive chef at Cafe Stella in Silver Lake. In 2012, Spencer joined up with Dustin and Tyler to launch L&E.  It has been a Silver Lake staple since.  Dustin and I have become friends and my wife and I have become huge fans.
