Zpizza, the first artisan-inspired pizza chain, opened up its newest location this past Monday in Silver Lake. For the past 25 years, zpizza has attracted foodies from all over the world. With their nutritious choices, artisan brick oven baked pizzas, made with premium ingredients, they have been appealing to a a more health-conscious audience. The first zpizza opened in 1986 in an art colony in Laguna Beach, California. They currently feature sixteen locations in the US, and three shops abroad. Zpizza is known for providing discerning consumers with quality, organic pizzas made from authentic recipes and featuring unique flavors.
Though zpizza has been rapidly expanding, the Silver Lake location employs a family-run business style. Jennifer Ehrencron, the owner of zpizza Silver Lake, has opened zpizza in order to keep that family-style business present in Silver Lake.
It is no secret that I love my family, and I love finding places that are more than ideal for just my wife or me. Zpizza is ideal for our whole family. They offer rustica flatbreads, salads, pastas, shareables, and their trademark Take N Bake pizzas. While nutrition isn’t exactly your number one concern when you are chowing down on a good slice of pizza, it can’t hurt to pick a pizza place that is health conscious and features gourmet plates.
They offer low fat skim mozzarella, organic tomato sauce and organic wheat crust. The pepperoni is also MSG-free, their sausage is additive-free, and they have 100% natural chicken and fresh produce.
Come in to the new zpizza location in Silver Lake on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014 for a celebration with $1 slices!
